This authorization is subject, pursuant to art. 6.7 of the “Regolamento per la riproduzione dei beni del patrimonio storico, artistico, archeologico e architettonico dei musei assegnati alla Fondazione Torino Musei”, upon presentation, within 15 days of the shooting, of a suitable declaration, issued by the photographer/operator, together with the applicant/client, of "transfer in favour of the Torino Musei Foundation", of all rights of use of the shooting carried out.

Please consider:

Fondazione Torino Musei is the owner of all rights pertaining to the reproduction of any asset or part thereof belonging to the patrimony entrusted to the Fondazione pursuant to art. 2 of the Agreement signed with the City of Turin for the “Concessione in uso di beni e affidamento della gestione dei servizi museali”.
Authorisation to reproduce, if granted, is subject to the undersigning for full acceptance of the “Regolamento per la riproduzione dei beni del patrimonio storico, artistico, archeologico e architettonico dei musei assegnati alla Fondazione Torino Musei”
Authorisation to reproduce the image will not be granted until the concession fee has been paid. The amount of the fee shall correspond to the information provided by the applicant; should any changes occur, the applicant shall immediately inform the Fondazione, which shall authorise the changes and adjust the concession fee, issuing a new invoice.
Should it become necessary for the creation of products, using the granted images, for the use of such images by third parties, the Licensee shall inform the Fondazione of the methods of transmission and use of such images by third parties and all the conditions of use imposed by the Fondazione Torino Musei, and shall in any case be responsible for them in all cases of violation of the obligations.
Any use other than that authorised is prohibited. Any further and/or different use requires a new written authorisation from Fondazione and the payment of the corresponding fees and charges.

Any non-compliance will be prosecuted according to the current law.

The applicant declares that he/she has read the attached “Regolamento per la riproduzione dei beni del patrimonio storico, artistico, archeologico e architettonico dei musei assegnati alla Fondazione Torino Musei”, which is deemed to be recalled herein in its entirety, and signs this request with full acceptance thereof.
